K:A Fitness aim to meet the customers' requirements for quality fitness equipment provided in a friendly exercise environment. Fitness staff are on hand in the fitness centres to give advice and encouragement in order to assist clients in reaching their health and fitness goals.

The K:A Fitness centres are fitted with Precor fitness equipment and include: Cross Trainers, Treadmills, Cycles, Rowers,  Spin Cycles…. the list is extensive and we would suggest you come and look around the fitness centre for yourself!

The comprehensive fitness class programme is also available at all sites offering classes to suit a wide range of ages, abilities and fitness levels. Classes are graded into levels according to the intensity of the workout to allow you to choose a class suitable to your level of fitness. With the assistance and support of our qualified fitness team available on hand to support and encourage you can be confident of our commitment to you to achieve your personal goals.

Use of the K:A Fitness centres which are available at Magnum and Auchenharvie Leisure Centres; Garnock Pool; Vikingar; K:A Campus Arran; K:A Campus Greenwood; K:A Campus Kilwinning and K:A Campus St Matthew's is available by monthly or annual subscription and unlike many other gyms, there is no annual contract. The subscription package available has been developed to give customers an easy way to use K:A Leisure's facilities with great value for money. A variety of packages are available that provide access to fitness classes, swimming pools, squash court, the ice rink and gyms.

A subscription also includes a free induction at the fitness centre and a personal workout plan designed to assist you achieve your desired results.

If preferred, a daily ‘pay as you play’ price is available when using K:A Fitness centre.
