Rate of Pay:  £8.66-£9.82 per hour dependant on qualifications

Hours:  Variable (Evenings in particular)

Location:  Various Locations throughout North Ayrshire

Job Purpose:

Promotion and delivery of swimming lessons to children and adults as part of KA Leisure’s swimming programme.

Main Activities:

Prepare and coach swimming lessons.

Encourage and promote swimming lesson programme.

Ensure the Health & Safety of all staff and customers.

It’s good news for primary school pupils learning to swim with K:A Leisure as 3,000 swim goody bags are being distributed!  North Ayrshire kids participating in the School Swimming Lesson Programme will receive swim bags full of swimming accessories compliments of K:A Leisure in conjunction with North Ayrshire Council.

Auchenharvie Golf Course

     
Often mistaken for an ancient keep, the ruins on Auchenharvie Golf Course are actually what remains of a structure built in 1719 to house a steam-beam engine, an innovative piece of machinery in its day which was used to keep the local coal workings free of water, this being one of only two such engines to be built in Scotland. 

To enable primary school age children to experience over 4 weeks of exhilarating and fun activities, KA Leisure are offering K:A 4 Kids. This new initiative is designed to present kids with the option of experiencing either water based activites including snorkeling, pool games and rookie lifeguard or a selection of challenging multi sports.
