K:A Leisure are seeking to recruit individuals to fill vacancies for non-executive, unpaid, positions on our Board of Directors. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in physical activity or sport who have business, management or other relevant skills they can bring to the operation and future development of sport and leisure services within North Ayrshire

K:A Leisure is a trading name of North Ayrshire Leisure Limited, a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Recognised Scottish Charity.

The Company was established in 2000 to provide sport and leisure facilities for the community of North Ayrshire.

K:A Leisure operates a range of services, including leisure centres, golf courses and sport facilities as well as delivering physical activity and sport programmes within the community.

Where the work is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children and/or vulnerable adults.  Perferred candidates will be required to join the PVG scheme, or undergo and PVG Scheme Update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by KA Leisure. 

Please note: Successful candidates will meet the cost of the relevant PVG check (£59 for scheme membership and £18 for scheme member update),  this will be deducted from wages following commencement of employment with the Company.
