K:A Leisure delivers a range of community initiatives where the work of Volunteers strengthens and enhances the activities delivered.

Volunteers are crucial to achieving the desired outcomes for each project and K:A Leisure strives to make each volunteering opportunity as satisfying as possible and recognises the value of continual development among its volunteers.

Volunteers will, wherever possible be given placements which in the view of K:A Leisure, reasonably match their individual skills and experience.
