FREE access to our Fitness Suites:

#fitnessday aims to be the most active day of the year. We will be inviting our members to BRING A FRIEND to our fitness suites for FREE on Wednesday 26 September, 2018. Members simply visit reception on entry and inform staff you are bringing a friend to workout with. They will be given a copy of our Health Commitment Statement and a brief overview of the fitness suite if required. That’s it.

FREE access to our Swimming Pools:

On #fitnessday you will be able to use our 4 swimming pools during public swimming for FREE. Check out public swimming times by visiting the swimming pool timetable for your local venues.
